Abstract: this article discuss the relationship between the self representation and the psychic organization in schizophrenia, using the rorschach psychodiagnosis test. the study was conducted on a sample of twenty adult male outpatients diagnosed as schizophrenics. an instrument of content analysis was applied for a systematic evaluation of the responses obtained, based on the criteria and interpretative frameworks proposed in the literature. data analysis indicated a severe impairment of the structure of self representations, as well as a scarce projection of dynamism and of interactional activity in the perceptions. the inner world of the schizophrenic is precariously ordered and integrated, marked by a marked lack of affective differentiation, and by archaic and regressive representations of the ego, resulting in the impoverishment of the personality. theoretical implications are taken into account when discussing results.

Abstract: starting from donald sch？n's conceptions about the teachers' formation as practical reflective practitioner, the principle of small groups work based on j. l. moreno conceptions they were used with the objective of facilitating the reflection process on its practices of classroom, with six teachers of the elementary school. nine encounters were accomplished of 90 to 120 minutes of duration. in the discussions, the most problematic students' cases with relationship to its behavior, they were brought by the teachers and analyzed by the group the light of the conceptions of the pragmatic of the human communication. as a result of these discussions, the teachers were taken it they consider the most latent aspects, and therefore significant, of its relationships with the students. these reflections drove to ？re-signification？ of these relationships, with surprising effects about the students' behaviors.

Abstract: over the last few years, the importance of winnicott？s work for psychoanalysis has been reaffirmed together with its growing interest to the field of psychosis. the purpose of the present study was to present the theoretical basis of this approach, which is one of the most fecund for the understanding of the psychic phenomenon, not only in pathological conditions but also in normal developmental conditions. this is a conceptual framework that allows us to reflect about problems resulting from non-oedipal organization of the psychic apparatus, which incidence in contemporary clinical practice is increasingly frequent. major emphasis is placed on the genesis of psychotic organization, on its relations to the constitution of the inner world and the structuring role played by the object, and the illusory experience in the psychic development of the human being.

Abstract: this exploratory, descriptive study was carried out to identify the reasons that lead young men to enter the market of male prostitution, the representations they elaborate regarding sexual practices they adopt, and their perceptions of their own vulnerability to std/aids. data was collected through individual thematic semi-structured interviews involving 24 brazilian male adolescents and young adults. the empirical data was then submitted to thematic analysis and examined according to the theoretical references of the area. participants reported to having been involved in this activity for a short time and pointed out economic advantages as their main motivation for such involvement. all alleged the use of condoms in sexual practices which involved penetration, but they did not take similar precautions with oral sex. their concern in playing the active role in sexual intercourse was associated with an attempt to match the stereotype of masculinity which emphasizes power/force/control, making the perception of their own vulnerability more difficult to see. the social invisibility which characterizes commercial sex makes these young people more vulnerable to std/aids infection.

Abstract: El estudio presenta reflexiones sobre psicoterapia psicanalítica/psicodinámica, y la discusión de sus usos posibles en el tratamiento de pacientes con problemas con el uso del alcohol y otras drogas. Los principais conceptos son descritos se delinean y los marcos teóricos con que las técnicas funcionan y sus fundamentos epistemológicos que apoyan el práctico del psycotherapy. Después de eso, los resultados de la investigación están revisados y ofrecen las evidencias científicas que indican su eficacia en el campo del tratamiento para el uso de drogas.
